The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) felicitates with the former governor of Cross Rivers State, Senator Liyel Imoke as he clocks the age of 60.
Senator Imoke is an exceptionally patriotic leader, very resourceful administrator, brilliant lawyer, spirited legislator and an accomplished statesman, who has remained unwavering in his commitment towards the unity, stability and development of our dear nation.
Over the years, Senator Imoke, as a senator of the Federal Republic, federal minister, Presidential aide, head of various paratatals, chief executive of very successful private concerns, two term governor of Cross River state and now as one of the leading lights in our national quest for good governance, has continue to exhibit extraordinary commitment towards the service of our dear nation and humanity at large.
The PDP congratulates Senator Imoke as he marks this very significant milestone and prays to God to bless him with many more decades, in good health, unfading energy as well as his abiding presence to the glory of His name and the benefit of humanity.
